Varian Medical Systems, Inc. (the “ Company ”) announced on June 10, 2019 that it had acquired Endocare, Inc. and Scion Medical Limited, owner of Hangzhou Alicon Pharmaceutical Sci & Tec Co., Ltd, for $185 million. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 .
