Explanation of Responses:
(1)	On September 22, 2021, Mr. White adopted a 10b5-1 Plan. This 10b5-1 Plan allows the orderly disposition of shares owned by Mr. White. The shares set forth above were sold pursuant to the 10b5-1 Plan.
(2)	This is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions on December 14, 2021 at prices ranging from $86.00 to $86.265, inclusive. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within this range.
