Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 7, 2023, Karen M. Sheehan, Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Tupperware Brands Corporation (the “Company”), informed the Company of her intention to resign from her position, effective September 30, 2023. Ms. Sheehan’s decision to resign from the Company was not due to any disagreement with the Company, its management or the Board of Directors on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. Ms. Sheehan will help to ensure a smooth transition of all legal matters and assist with the Company’s search for her successor. The Company thanks Ms. Sheehan for her service.
