Systemax to Ship Bundled Spare Backup Solution in Its New PCs Starting in March

Newport International Group (OTCBB:NWPO) announced today that its
Spare Backup Inc. subsidiary and Systemax (NYSE:SYX) will launch
their co-marketing efforts in March. As previously announced, the
companies agreed to incorporate the Spare Backup Solution in
shipments of PCs ordered through Systemax's various distribution
channels. Under the terms of the agreement, the Spare Solution will
be embedded as an offering icon which will open upon the initial
customer start up of the new PC. Each Systemax PC customer will
receive a 60-day free trial of Spare Backup which will be supported
through Spare's datacenters in Dallas and Chicago. Spare Backup and
Systemax will share monthly subscriptions revenue at the end of the
