ProfitCenter Software Inc. (PCS), a wholly owned subsidiary of
Systemax Inc. (NYSE: SYX), and a provider of web-based business
automation software, announced today that Quadratec, Inc. has
entered into a hosting agreement with PCS for the deployment of its
web based Profitability Software Suite(TM), an integrated
multi-channel sales, fulfillment and accounting solution. "Over the
years we have built our business on one basic principle, to give
our customers, the best quality, value and service. PCS enables us
to use web-based functionality to create efficiencies and to add
additional value to the ordering process, regardless of the source
of the order," stated Ted Wentz, President of Quadratec. "This
solution change from Ecometry to PCS will allow us to be on the
cutting edge of technology to help our customers get the best
possible experience when interacting with Quadratec and its
associates." To further leverage the Web and gain better customer
service, Quadratec's staff will use PCS to process orders via web,
call center, catalog, or retail counter while fulfilling customer
orders from one of their 3 warehouses located in Pennsylvania and
Nevada. Ecometry's solution had limitations and because of the
rapid growth in popularity of their products, Quadratec needed a
new solution and new technology. "Quadratec required a
state-of-the-art solution that would connect their customers from
anywhere they might be, at any time," said Matthew Ehrlich,
President and CEO of ProfitCenter Software. "PCS will exceed that
requirement, providing Quadratec's customers with real-time
information about their orders and account. We are pleased about
working with Quadratec on this exciting new project." PCS is a 100%
web-based service that helps companies automate and manage the
entire customer lifecycle across multiple sales channels (web,
catalog, call center, outside sales). The PCS Profitability
Software Suite provides customers one unified solution that
directly enhances a company's bottom line and profitability. PCS
eliminates all the costs and complexities of traditional solutions
such as Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT), Siebel (NASDAQ: SEBL), SAP (NYSE:
SAP), yet offers a broader solution set unlike SalesForce.com
(NYSE: CRM), NetSuite, CommercialWare and Ecometry. About
