Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On September 28, 2020, Camilla Harris, Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer announced her intention to resign from Sunoco GP LLC, the general partner (the “General Partner”) of Sunoco LP (the “Partnership”), effective as of October 16, 2020. Ms. Harris’ resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the management of the Partnership, the General Partner or the Board of Directors of the General Partner.

Effective October 16, 2020, Rick Raymer will assume responsibilities of Vice President and Controller of the General Partner. Mr. Raymer has over 25 years of finance, accounting and financial reporting experience, of which he served over 10 years at SemGroup Corporation, and most recently as Assistant Controller of Energy Transfer LP focusing on budgeting and accounting for growth capital projects.
