State Street Global Advisors (�State Street�), the investment management arm of State Street Corporation (NYSE: STT), today announced that it is re-branding its exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and will be consolidating its offerings under the singular umbrella brand of SPDRsSM. The initiative will be implemented in several phases, beginning on January 8, 2007 and conclude later this year.
