(1) This price represents the approximate weighted average price per Common Unit of Beneficial Interest (the "Common Units") of SandRidge Permian Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the "Issuer"), of purchases that were executed at prices ranging from $0.3652 to $0.3700 per Common Unit. Montare Resources I, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (the "Reporting Person"), undertakes to provide, upon request by the Securities and Exchange Commission staff, the Issuer or a security holder of the Issuer, full information regarding the price per Common Unit and the number of Common Units purchased at each price.
(2) The Reporting Person states that neither the filing of this statement nor anything herein shall be deemed an admission that the Reporting Person is, for purposes of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act") or otherwise, the beneficial owners of any securities covered by this statement. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities covered by this statement, except to the extent of the pecuniary interest of the Reporting Person in such securities.
