Just being real. I don't want to see any pumping of an EM stock I own. Today's OTC is different than it used to be. Gotta have filings and real meat on the bone these days. Epic runs still possible... but they need to be legitimate with correct filings and current information. Fingers crossed we get that here.

Agreed! I’m not happy about the Em move but I think they did it for a reason that I’m not sure of but I do love that there is a big business that you can look at and watch on line, unlike other plays waiting on mergers !

If they ever get current, I'll be very curious to see what happens during the few days between when the filings are uploaded and when it gets a tier change from EM to pink current (or higher tier). Could see a melt up to pennies before it even goes current. What I do NOT want to see is a bunch of price action and pumping with no filings... that would be just begging for a CE.

Yeah... i probably do. Veteran otc gambler here. And yes, they have completely left us hanging. That's not to say they won't come through and turn this into a massive winner... I believe they could. I'm just a bit annoyed with the EM status of the ticker and the delinquent status of the state charter, which is perfectly reasonable. I have held many, MANY of these OTC tickers into the graveyard over the years. Delinquent/defunt/dead. This is no different. I don't wear rose colored glasses any more. The company needs to get current! Nothing personal against you CB... I just want to see some movement here like all shareholders. And the longer this drags on, the less likely we are to ever get a return on our investment here. I think it bears repeating... I'm not selling here in the trips, or even in the dubs. I will ride this into the dust if that's how it goes, or into the blue sky breakout. Good luck.

They have to trade on either Qb or Qx for 12 months. This seems to be the plan from what we see on otcm. Independent Directors is a big sign imho. Best of luck to everyone. Been a long 4 years but I honestly believe we are getting very close.

I'm assuming this is the route they're gonna take. It doesn't make sense to RS out of the gates and then do another RS before Nasdaq listing. This should have plenty of juice without a RS

Exactly, this could go so high that when they do implement the RS it wouldn’t be as bad.

I’d like to see them start just as pink current and work the price up from there and then uplist to OTCQX.
If revenue and company size is as big as thought the price will respond nicely without a RS

Yes they will be. Do you agree with this though - them pumping this stock before filings gives an undertone of "pumping" and illegitimacy. Let them file and then they'll spread positive news about their many verticals. Well at least that is the hope.

The main requirement is listing on the OTC for 1 year before uplisting. If you can do the math.. Hang with me here for a second... Going current this year still gives them the opportunity to uplist nasdaq next year. Ya know, cause it's a year later. Following??

You have to agree that their goal of Nasdaq in 2025 seems short sighted. They haven’t even uploaded any filings. Not even to the SEC. The longer the wait the longer the Nasdaq process will take.

Been there done that. I probably own more shares of this POS than you do. But that doesn’t matter, only thing that matters is this “company” has left shareholders out to dry. They updated otcmarkets company description and that’s it. Ultimately, I am not selling, because I do see the potential. Still gotta face the reality this looks more and more like a dead duck every day. Where are they? They can’t even keep their SOS in good standing. Ridiculous.

Well said sir. I definitely see a pattern. Those that can trade this stock (insiders/MM's) appear to be collecting shares from retail investors. They lower the pps to t1, or 6 decimals to frustrate retail into selling, and then they snap up those shares up to .001. What does that tell you? It tells me that they know that .001 is a bargain when all is said and done.

I'm seeing this insider/MM strategy with other OTC stocks as well. Perhaps they are preparing for an OTC bull market with election results. We shall see...
