OfficeMax Names Deborah O'Connor Chief Accounting Officer

NAPERVILLE, Ill., July 11 /PRNewswire/ -- OfficeMax Incorporated
(NYSE:OMX) today announced that Deborah O'Connor will assume the
role of senior vice president, finance and chief accounting
officer, effective July 15, 2008. O'Connor served most recently as
senior vice president and controller of the ServiceMaster Company
from 1999 to 2007. "We are very happy to have Deb on our management
