KBR Announces Appointment of Zachary Nagle as Vice President, Investor Relations and Communications

KBR (NYSE: KBR) today announced that Zachary “Zac” Nagle has
joined the Company as Vice President, Investor Relations and
Communications and will report to Sue Carter, Executive Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Zac will be
the primary interface between KBR and the investment community as
well as direct external and internal communications. Zac will also
provide leadership and oversight for the existing Investor
Relations and Communications departments.
Zac brings 17 years of experience to his new role. Most
recently, Zac served as Vice President, Investor Relations at
Becton Dickinson in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, a leading global
medical technology company that develops, manufactures and sells
medical devices, instrument systems and reagents. Prior to joining
Becton Dickinson, Zac held executive positions at Flowserve
Corporation, Computer Associates, Dell Inc., and Procter &
Gamble. His responsibilities included leadership positions in
general management, finance, marketing, strategy and
operations.

Zac holds a Master of Business Administration from the
University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and
Business from the University of Notre Dame.
