SYDNEY, Australia, July 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Harris Corporation (NYSE:HRS), an international communications and information technology company, has received an order from Special Broadcasting Service (SBS), Australia's multicultural and multilingual public broadcaster, to supply a fully integrated broadcast solution for the comprehensive rebuild of SBS Australia's playout facility in Sydney. The SBS playout facility will illustrate a real-world Harris ONE(TM) installation, comprising integrated products from its H-Class(TM) software suite and broadcast infrastructure and server product lines. Harris(R) D-Series(TM) playout automation will be combined with the company's Invenio(R) digital asset management and content workflow management to manage ingest, preparation and playout using many of the products from across the integrated Harris portfolio, including NEXIO AMP(TM) servers and a Harris(R)/Isilon(R) systems clustered storage solution.
