The Justice Department in a May 24 filing said that U.S.
District Judge Richard Leon's rules for scheduled hearings to
approve a settlement the Justice Department reached concerning a
merger between CVS Health Corp. and Aetna Inc. were unfair because
the department could neither present its own witnesses nor
cross-examine those critical of the settlement. A Business &
Finance article on Monday about the court proceeding incorrectly
referred to the Justice Department as "the company."
Peloton instructor Ally Love's first name was misspelled as
Alley in a Mansion article on Friday about Bryce Dallas Howard.
Woodruff's Cafe and Pie Shop is located in Monroe, Va., near the
Blue Ridge Parkway. An Off Duty article Saturday about the
establishment incorrectly implied it is close to Skyline Drive in
Shenandoah National Park.
