Colgate-Palmolive Gets OK To Delist Stock In Netherlands

Consumer-products maker Colgate-Palmolive Co. (CL) said Friday
that it has received approval to delist its common stock from the
Amsterdam stock exchange.
The shares will be delisted from NYSE Euronext Amsterdam before
the opening of the market on June 21. The last date to trade the
company's shares there will be June 18.
The New York-based company delisted from NYSE Euronext Paris in
April and says it plans to remove its stock from other European
exchanges. The stock trades in Frankfurt, London and Zurich.
Colgate-Palmolive shares were down 72 cents to $79.58 on the New
York Stock Exchange early Friday afternoon.
