Colgate-Palmolive Company Announces Delisting of Its Common Stock from NYSE Euronext Amsterdam

Colgate-Palmolive Company (NYSE : CL) today announced that it
has received approval from the Board of the Amsterdam stock
exchange, NYSE Euronext Amsterdam (the “Amsterdam Exchange”) to
delist its common stock (ISIN code US1941621039) from that
exchange.
Colgate-Palmolive Company’s common stock will be delisted from
the Amsterdam Exchange as of Monday, June 21, 2010 (before the
opening of the stock market). The last trading date in
Colgate-Palmolive Company shares on the Amsterdam Exchange will be
Friday, June 18, 2010.
Colgate-Palmolive Company also intends to apply, in due course,
to delist its common stock from the other stock exchanges in Europe
on which its stock is listed, including from NYSE Euronext Paris
which was accomplished on April 21, 2010. Colgate-Palmolive
Company’s common stock will remain listed on the New York Stock
Exchange.
