CHANGE OF PROCESS AGENT

The board of directors (the “Board”) of China Eastern Airlines Corporation Limited (the “Company”) hereby announces that (i) due to the retirement of Ms. Zhou Ying, she shall cease to act as an authorized representative for acceptance of service of process and notices on behalf of the Company in Hong Kong (the “Process Agent”) as required under Rule 19A.13(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) with effect from 5 December 2022; and (ii) Ms. Li Yunchao will be appointed as the Process Agent with effect from 5 December 2022.
