to discuss how dealers can capitalize on federal incentive programs
such as "Cash for Clunkers" and sales tax deductions. The free
event, "Drive New Sales With CARS: How to Cash-In on Clunkers
Legislation," begins at noon EDT on July 10. "CARS provides dealers
