Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 28, 2022, Sky Harbour Capital LLC (“SHC”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sky Harbour Group Corporation (the “Company”), furnished information in the form of an investor presentation (the "Investor Presentation") to institutional investors, analysts and other holders of its Senior Special Facility Revenue Bonds (Aviation Facilities Project), Series 2021 (the “PABs”) at a scheduled investor meeting.

A copy of the Investor Presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
