This amendment is being filed solely to reflect 1,800 unvested restricted shares of Company stock that were omitted from the Form 3 of the Reporting Person filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 8, 2019. The unvested shares of stock vest ratably over 5 years in 3 tranches that began annually on October 31, 2017 with the vesting of the 3rd tranche beginning on October 31, 2019.
