(NASDAQ: SIRI) will broadcast every 2012 FIA Formula One World
Championship™ race live, offering comprehensive coverage of the
sport to listeners nationwide.

SiriusXM's 2012 coverage begins with this week's season-opening
event, the 2012 FORMULA 1 QANTAS AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX in
Melbourne, which will air
Sunday, March 18 (2:00 am ET). Every race, all season long,
will air live on Sirius channel 94 and XM channel 208, including
the 2012 FORMULA 1 UNITED STATES GRAND PRIX in Texas on November 18. This season marks
the return of the FORMULA 1 UNITED STATES GRAND PRIX event, which
was last run in 2007. The race will be run for the first time
at the custom built Circuit of the Americas in Austin.
In addition to live coverage of each race, SiriusXM offers
multiple replays, giving listeners several opportunities to hear
every event. The 2012 FORMULA 1 QANTAS AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX
will be rebroadcast Sunday, March 18
(9:00 am ET) and Saturday, March 24 (8:00
am ET) on Sirius channel 94 and XM channel 208.
Subscribers who have SiriusXM Internet radio access can also
listen to live Formula 1™ race broadcasts through their computers
at www.siriusxm.com and through the SiriusXM Internet Radio App for
smartphone and wireless devices.

The FIA Formula One World Championship™ is the highest end of
open wheeled motor racing. The 2012 season runs from March
through November and consists of 20 Grand Prix™ races run on road
course tracks, as well as some closed city streets circuits.
The results of each race are combined to determine two annual World
Championships, one for drivers and one for constructors
(teams).
This season's field of drivers features six world champions who
account for 14 titles between them. Reigning champion
Sebastian Vettel and Red Bull are seeking their third consecutive
drivers' championship and constructor's championship. Joining
them in the grid will be seven-time champion Michael Schumacher (Mercedes), Fernando Alonso (Ferrari), who is seeking his
third title, and past champions Lewis
Hamilton (McLaren), Jenson
Button (McLaren) and Kimi
Raikkonen (Lotus).
