Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Severn Bancorp Inc. (NASDAQ: SVBI) (“Bancorp”), parent company of Severn Bank (the “Bank”), today announced the appointment of Alan Lancaster to the position of Executive Vice President. Mr. Lancaster is the Bank’s Chief Credit Officer and will remain in that role.
