Security National Financial Corporation (NASDAQ-SNFCA) is pleased to announce two new leases totaling approximately 43,000 square feet for its Center 53 development located in Murray, Utah. 

The full 6th floor of the Center 53 building has been leased by a publicly-traded national credit tenant who requested to be unnamed at this time, and a portion of the 1st floor by Zwick Construction Company. Zwick Construction, a third-generation company, was founded by Bill Zwick in 1969 and has built a wide array of construction projects in 11 states and two countries beyond the United States. In addition to Salt Lake, Zwick has regional offices in California and Southern Utah.

With these new tenants the building is now at 54% occupancy, with most of that leasing coming in the past year. The company is actively pursuing and negotiating leases with prospective tenants for the remaining space in the building.

Not only does it show the acceptance of Class A office space in our submarket, but it also demonstrates growth in the commercial real estate market for the Salt Lake metropolitan area.
