Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On June 17, 2024, Poseida Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). At the Annual Meeting, the Company’s stockholders voted on the following proposals and cast their votes as set forth below. A more detailed description of each proposal is set forth in the Company’s Proxy Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 25, 2024.

Proposal 1. Election of Directors

The Company’s stockholders elected each of the individuals listed below as Class I Directors, to serve until the Company’s 2027 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and until their respective successors have been duly elected and qualified, or, if sooner, until their respective death, resignation or removal. The final voting results are as follows:
