nCino Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

nCino, Inc. (“nCino”) today announced the pricing of its initial
public offering of 8,060,000 shares of its common stock at the
initial public offering price of $31.00 per share. The underwriters
have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,209,000
additional shares at the initial public offering price less
underwriting discounts and commissions. The shares are expected to
begin trading on The Nasdaq Global Select Market on July 14, 2020,
under the ticker symbol “NCNO.” The offering is expected to close
on July 16, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.
BofA Securities and Barclays are acting as lead book-running
managers for the offering. KeyBanc Capital Markets and SunTrust
Robinson Humphrey are also acting as book-running managers for the
offering, along with Piper Sandler, Raymond James and Macquarie
Capital.
