This amendment on Form 10-Q/A (Amendment No. 1) amends our quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended April 4, 2009, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 6, 2009, and is being filed to correctly indicate that MOD-PAC CORP. is a Smaller reporting company; and to amend Item 6, Exhibit 31.1 and 31.2 — Section 302 Certifications.
