Item 5.02	Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Mercury Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) announced today that George K. Muellner, a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, passed away on February 11, 2019. Mr. Muellner served on the Board of Directors since 2010. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing Mr. Muellner’s death is attached as Exhibit 99.
