KBW Announces Changes to Regional Banking Index (KRXSM)

Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc., a full-service investment bank that specializes in the financial services sector, and a wholly owned subsidiary of KBW, Inc. (NYSE: KBW), announces the following changes effective prior to the opening of business on Friday, February 3, 2012:

Regional Banking Index (Index Ticker: KRXSM, ETF Ticker: KBWRSM; KRSSM; KRUSM)

Reweighting Hudson City Bancorp (NASDAQ: HCBK) and BancorpSouth Inc (NYSE: BXS) in KRX due to change in calculation methodology.
Increase in shares of Valley National Bancorp (NYSE: VLY), F. N. B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), and Brookline Bancorp Inc. (NASDAQ: BRKL) due to recent issuance of shares by each respective company.
