Crocs, Inc. (NASDAQ: CROX) and Disney Consumer Products today
announced plans to expand the Disney by CROCS footwear line to six
continents at select retail locations in Latin America, Europe,
Australia/New Zealand, Japan, the Middle East and South Africa.
Select styles will be available this Holiday season with an
expanded product launch in Spring 2007. Ron Snyder, CEO of Crocs,

towards children and adults, will debut this Holiday season with
special-edition Mickey Mouse die-cut Adult Beach and Kid�s Cayman

two-toned color pallets including Mickey�s signature black and red.
The Disney by CROCS line will feature exclusively the Mickey icon
produced in the die-cut manufacturing process on adult and
children�s injection molded EVA footwear. Other models will include
an array of unique designs emphasizing the distinctive
personalities of Disney�s characters including Mickey and Friends,
Winnie the Pooh and Friends, Disney Princess, Disney Fairies, as
