Item 7.01	Regulation FD Disclosure.

	On March 26, 2020, Covenant Transportation Group, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the "Company"), issued a press release announcing that the Company temporarily suspended its stock repurchase program. The Company has the ability to reinstate the stock repurchase program as circumstances warrant. A copy of the press release announcing the suspension of the stock repurchase program is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.
