China XD Plastics Company Limited (the “Company”) is unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2018 within the prescribed time period. The Company is in the process of preparing and reviewing the financial information and compiling and disseminating the information to be included in the Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2018, as well as the completion of the required review of the Company’s financial information, none of which could be complete by the date required without incurring undue hardship and expenses.
The Company expects to file the Annual Report on Form 10-K within the fifteen-day following extension period provided by this Form 12b-25.
