On October 27, 2008, Procera Networks Inc. issued a press release announcing the receipt of a $4 Million order for it’s Evolved Deep Packet Inspection products with a Global Tier-1 Mobile operator.  A copy of that release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
