(AMEX:HTC) announced today that over 95% of its outstanding shares as of the record date were represented by proxy or in person at its May 24, 2007 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Each of the director nominees were elected with over 99% of the vote and the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers Kft. was ratified by over 99% of the vote.
