Explanation of Responses:
(1)	The number of shares of common stock beneficially owned by the Reporting Person includes 50,000 shares held of record by Best Buddies International. Mr. Shriver has voting and dispositive control over securities held by Best Buddies International. Mr. Shriver disclaims beneficial ownership of such securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
(2)	The Reporting Person previously served as a member of Issuer's board of directors. The Reporting Person did not stand for re-election at the Issuer's 2020 annual meeting of shareholders held on April 23, 2020 and, accordingly, no longer serves on the Issuer's board of directors.
