French aerospace group Dassault Aviation SA (AM.FR) Wednesday reported net profit fell to EUR315 million in 2009 from EUR384 million a year earlier and declared a dividend of EUR8.80 a share.

Dassault noted that an order by Netjets of 65 Falcon business jets was cancelled last year by mutual agreement and could be re-ordered depending upon market conditions.
