On January 21, 2021, STORE Capital Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release to provide an update on its business in light of the ongoing and continued uncertainties in the United States and globally arising from the COVID-19 pandemic.
The information set forth in this Item 7.01 and in the attached Exhibit 99.1 is deemed to be “furnished” and shall not be deemed to be “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and is not incorporated by reference into any filing of the Company, whether made before or after the date hereof, regardless of any general incorporation language in such filing.
On January 21, 2021, the Company disclosed that through January 20, 2021, it had received rent payments representing 91% of January contractual base rent and interest.
