(2)	Stock option grants were previously made by the Issuer to the Reporting Person under the Issuer's 2015 Equity Compensation Plan as additional compensation to the Reporting Person.

Remarks: This Form 4 is being filed by the Reporting Person solely to indicate his resignation from the Issuer as set forth in the Issuer's Current Report on Form 8-K as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 21, 2020. All holdings reported in Table I and Table II of this Form 4 have previously been reported by the Reporting Person.
