Item 8.01

Other Events.

On October 23, 2019, The ADT Security Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Issuer”), a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of ADT Inc., completed the previously announced redemption of all of the outstanding aggregate principal amount of its 5.250% Senior Notes due 2020 (“2020 Notes”), at a price of $1,012.03 per $1,000 of principal amount of the 2020 Notes so redeemed plus accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, the date hereof (the “Redemption”). Following the Redemption, no 2020 Notes remain outstanding.
