Chemed Corporation (NYSE:CHE) announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 32-cents per share on the Company’s capital stock, payable on September 3, 2019, to shareholders of record as of August 12, 2019. This is a 2-cent, or 6.7%, increase over the 30-cent dividend paid in June 2019. The previous dividend increase was in August 2018, when the Board raised the quarterly dividend from 28-cents to 30-cents per share. This represents the 193rd consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Chemed in its 48 years as a public company.
