Novartis to Supply EpiPen Alternate to U.S. Pharmacies -Reuters

--Novartis AG (NVS) said it would supply U.S. pharmacies with
its pre-filled Symjepi epinephrine shots, amid a shortage of Mylan
NV's (MYL) EpiPens, Reuters reports Tuesday.
--Novartis said they would charge a wholesale price of $250 for
two adult-dose syringes, the report said, adding Mylan charges $300
for its authorized generic.
--A unit of Pfizer Inc. (PFE) produces all EpiPens sold across
the globe at a single plant, which had been experiencing
manufacturing problems, the report said.
