March 19, 2019, PeerStream, Inc. (the “
Company
”) issued a press release announcing its fiscal year 2018
financial results and posted an earnings presentation on its corporate website. Also on March 19, 2019, the Company held an earnings
call. The press release, earnings presentation and transcript of the earnings call are furnished as Exhibits 99.1, 99.2 and 99.3,
respectively.
