(b) On July 24, 2018, Thomas S. Timko, Vice President, Global Business Solutions, and Chief Accounting Officer of General Motors
Company (GM) informed GM of his decision to leave GM, effective September 7, 2018. Mr. Timko has accepted a position with another company. GM will announce a replacement for Mr. Timko in due course.
