April 25, 2018 to correct the
previously-stated record date. Correct information for the regular
quarterly dividend on the company's outstanding preferred stock is
as follows:

- $25.00 Capital Value
- 5.25% - $.328125 per share
This dividend is for the quarter ending June 30, 2018, payable July 2, 2018, to shareholders of record on
June 15, 2018.
