Resignation of Walter Kaplinsky as Corporate
Secretary & Director
Effective as of February
19, 2018, Walter Kaplinsky resigned from his position as Corporate Secretary and as a Director of Baltia Air Lines, Inc. dba USGlobal
Airways (the “Company”). To the Company’s knowledge, the resignation of Mr. Kaplinsky as Corporate Secretary
and as a Director was not the result of any disagreement by him with the Company on any matter related to the Company’s
operations, policies or practices that led to his decision to resign from such position.
