WildHorse Resource Development Corporation Announces Launch of $150 Million Offering of Additional 6.875% Senior Notes Due 2025

WildHorse Resource Development Corporation (NYSE: WRD) announced
today that, subject to market conditions, it intends to offer $150
million in aggregate principal amount of its 6.875% Senior Notes
due 2025. The notes are expected to rank equally with, and be
treated under the Indenture as a single class of debt securities
with, the $350 million aggregate principal amount of the currently
outstanding 6.875% Senior Notes due 2025 previously issued by WRD
on February 1, 2017.
WRD intends to use the net proceeds from the proposed offering
to repay the borrowings outstanding under its revolving credit
facility and for general corporate purposes.
The securities to be offered have not been registered under the
Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"), or any
state securities laws and, unless so registered, the securities may
not be offered or sold in the United States except pursuant to an
exemption from, or in a transaction not subject to, the
registration requirements of the Securities Act and applicable
state securities laws. The notes are expected to be eligible for
trading by qualified institutional buyers under Rule 144A and
outside the United States pursuant to Regulation S.
