Datawatch selected by Kronos to Streamline HR/Payroll Data Migration
August 29 2017 - 9:38AM
Datawatch Corporation (NASDAQ-CM: DWCH) today announced that
leading workforce management and human capital management solutions
provider Kronos Incorporated will tap the power of the Datawatch
Monarch self-service data preparation platform to help streamline
and accelerate deployments of the Kronos Workforce Ready cloud
platform. Kronos’ professional services team will employ Monarch as
part of its implementation service offering, simplifying and
standardizing data formatting and migration from existing
HR/Payroll systems into Workforce Ready.
“To ensure the highest levels of customer success, Kronos
Workforce Ready constantly evaluates new ways to further accelerate
our implementation processes,” stated Bob DelPonte, vice president
and general manager, Kronos Workforce Ready group. “With Monarch,
Kronos can eliminate manual, time-intensive data manipulation,
allowing faster data migration, accelerated implementation times,
and an even better customer experience.”
Self-service data preparation use cases continue to evolve as
the breadth and volume of enterprise data rapidly increases. From
self-service analytics and report reconciliation to data migration
for accelerated enterprise software and cloud deployments, the need
to empower more business users with the ability to quickly and
easily access, clean, transform and blend data from a variety of
sources is greater than ever. Kronos selected Datawatch Monarch to
serve as its standard platform for data preparation and data
migration.
“Kronos is a recognized leader in HR, workforce management, and
payroll, with amazing growth and adoption of its Workforce Ready
platform. Monarch provides Kronos consultants with an unprecedented
ability to quickly and easily manipulate and combine disparate data
from virtually any source and prepare it for migration to Workforce
Ready,” Ken Tacelli, COO of Datawatch. “Only Monarch can unlock
employee data from HR/Payroll systems provided in proprietary data
export formats, payroll reports and PDF documents, avoiding the
need for manual data input and complex spreadsheet formatting.”
