Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On August 8, 2017, Real Industry, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2017. A copy of the Company’s August 8, 2017 press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

On August 8 , 2017, to accompany its 2017 Second Quarter Financial Results and Conference Call to be held on August 9, 2017, the Company released its Q2 2017 Earnings Presentation deck. The presentation deck is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
