(1)  10,000 shares purchased on June 9, 2017 were purchased at Cdn$10.105 converted to US$7.5110 using the noon exchange rate of The Bank of Canada.
(2)  2,300 Common Shares were purchased March 3, 2017 by Mr. William's wife, June Williams.
