The preparation and review of the Form 10-K by management has taken longer than anticipated and cannot be completed by the required filing date of March 31, 2017 without unreasonable effort and expense. The Company anticipates filing its Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2016 within the fifteen-day extension period.
