Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S.A. informs that since October 8, 2016, the company has received loans from its affiliate Banco de Bogotá S.A., for the ordinary course of its business, in a total amount of $105.251.050.000 (approx. U.S. $36.1 million) through several transactions entered into under market conditions, with a maturity of two years.
