Item 2.02	Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On March 22, 2017, Joseph C. Hete, the President and Chief Executive Officer, Quint O. Turner, the Chief Financial Officer, and Richard F. Corrado, the Chief Commercial Officer, of Air Transport Services Group, Inc. (“ATSG”), will be holding a series of one-on-one meetings with investors at the Seaport Global Securities Transports & Industrials Conference being held at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, Florida. During the one-on-one meetings, Messrs. Hete, Turner and Corrado will be discussing ATSG's business, strategy, results and outlook, utilizing the written presentation attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
